This demo of Magic Carpet 2 requires a 486 50MHz or higher
with 8 Mb RAM, and 8Mb hard disk space.


SOUND AND MUSIC SETUP
---------------------
To configure Magic Carpet 2 for the sound card in your PC, 
execute the install batch file on the root directory of this CD.

TO PLAY THE DEMO
----------------
To play this Magic Carpet 2 demo, having configured the sound
and music if required, run the executable NETHERW. 


LANGUAGE SCREEN
---------------
Once in the initial language selection screen, click on the 
lower button to change the selected language. Once changed
to that required, click on the upper button to accept.


MAIN MENU SCREEN
----------------
Once at the main menu, click on the help icon (?) for further 
information on the demo	and in game key actions. In the main
menu screen, the icons, from left to right are as follows:-

	1. Start the interactive demo.
	2. View the help panel.
	3. View the cavern non-interactive demo.
	4. View the day non-interactive demo.
	5. Exit the demo.


WINDOWS '95

You may experience problems running the two non-interactive demos
under Windows '95.


BRIGHTNESS CORRECTION

Once in the actual level, if you wish to adjust the brightness of 
the screen, press F7.

                              button down to select spell level.
      Left & Right Buttons    Fire spell without selecting.

MAGIC CARPET 2 ON NON C: LOCAL DRIVE
------------------------------------

If your hard drive is anything other than C:, Magic Carpet 2 must be run
with the following command:

        NETHERW -HARDDRIVE [drive_letter]

where [drive_letter] represents the single character defining the local
hard drive. 

		eg. NETHERW -HARDDRIVE D
